Incorrectly Shipped Items

Of course, if we ship you anything you did not order yes, we do make an occasional mistake in spite of our striving for protection it is our responsibility to pay to have it returned to us.

Damaged Items

Should anything we send you ever arrive damaged, please notify us within two business days of the item's arrival. We will act immediately to replace the damaged merchandise, or credit your account as appropriate. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD any packaging as UPS may want to examine packaging should we file a claim. We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
